Avari Hotel Lahore held a Chinese New Year Fish Fiesta at its signature Chinese restaurant Dynasty. The Chinese festival celebrates the beginning of a new year on the traditional Chinese calendar. In mainland China it is considered a Spring Festival and in Asia, it is one of the many Lunar New Years. The acting Chinese Consul General Lahore Consulate, His Excellency, Mr. Peng Zhengwu graced the occasion and a remarkable cultural Chinese performance was held. The event encompassed a wide variety of fish and other seafood cooked exceptionally in a customized manner by the Avari Hotel Lahore Chinese Chef Mr. Wang Juan Ming’s team. There was Chinese cultural music and beautiful Chinese ornaments and decorations to create the perfect ambiance and uplift the mood which took one to an authentic Chinese setting. The menu was ala carte and there was a live raw fish station where guests could choose the kind of fish they liked along with their preferred cooking style. Guests and media partners thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and food.
