As part of the National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) program, Professional Institute of Hotel & Tourism Management (POHTM) conducted a Mid-Term Skill Competition. Executive Chef of PC Hotel, Mr. Ghulam Muhammad, Celebrity Chef Faizan, Chef Zafar, Kitchen Consultant were the judges of the day and tasted different cuisines prepared by the Culinary Arts students and scored students on their cooking techniques. Mr. Mansoor, Restaurant Manager from the PC Hotel and Mr. Saud, Manager, the Golden Bowl restaurant witnessed the demonstration of students of Restaurant Management. The contestants were rated on their organization, knife skills and creativity. Students were thrilled to receive feedback from esteemed judges which will help them to excel ahead in the industry. As a token of appreciation, shields were presented to top position holders of Culinary Arts and cash prizes were awarded to the Restaurant Management students.
